1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from SIN WANG HENG HERITAGE SDN BHD ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable Malaysian laws.

2. Products & Ordering

All product descriptions, images, prices and availability are for reference and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Herbal products sold on this site are traditional wellness items and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a licensed medical practitioner for health concerns.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is required at checkout via eGHL (FPX / Credit / Debit / e-Wallet), manual bank transfer to our Public Bank account, or Cash on Delivery (Melaka only).

4. Shipping

• Free delivery within Melaka.
• West Malaysia: RM10 flat, free above RM300.
• East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan): RM25 flat, free above RM500.
• Festive hampers: flat RM25 delivery (except free within Melaka).

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery time varies by courier and destination.

6. Intellectual Property

All content — including logos, product photography, copy and design — is the property of SIN WANG HENG HERITAGE SDN BHD and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Melaka.
