Powder: Recommended two servings per day. Use the measuring scoop enclosed. Add 6 level scoops of Ensure Gold gradually into 195 ml of cold or lukewarm water and mix till dissolved, ready-to-drink.

Storage:

Store unopened can at room temperature.
