Chinese yam can restore vital energy, increase yin (feminine qualities), stimulate the spleen, lungs and kidneys. 

补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精。用于脾虚食少,久泻不止,肺虚喘咳,肾虚遗精,带下,尿频,虚热消渴。

 Ginseng and Yam Black Chicken Soup

This remedy is for nourishing, and is mostly suitable for tumor patients with poor physique or for those with deficiency of righteousness after radiotherapy or chemotherapy. 


Ingredients: 15 grams of American ginseng slices, 30 grams of yam, 20 grams of red dates, 250 grams of black-bone chicken, three slices of ginger.


How to cook:

1. Wash the chinese yam and red dates.

2. Wash the black chicken, cut into pieces, put it in boiling water and boil for 3 minutes, rise and set aside.

3. Put all the ingredients into the clay pot and add an appropriate amount of water.

4. First, boil with martial fire, then simmer for about 1 hour, seasoning with salt, ready to serve. 

泡参淮山乌鸡汤

这偏方于滋补,多适于肿瘤病人体质差或放、化疗后正气亏虚者。


材料:泡参片15克,淮山30克,红枣20克,乌鸡250克,生姜三片。


做法:

1.将泡参洗净切薄片,淮山、红枣洗净。

2.乌鸡洗净,斩件,放入沸水中煮3分钟,捞起,备用。

3.把全部用料放入瓦煲内,加入清水适量。

4.先用武火煮沸,继用文火煮1小时左右,调味即可饮汤食肉。
