8 粒红枣, 12克枸杞, 15朵玫瑰花, 适量红糖.

做法: 红糖先加热水搅拌融化, 再加入红枣枸杞玫瑰花, 加盖闷5 分钟, 即可享用.

用塑料袋密封,袋内留少量空气,后好封口,再放到温度为0- 4℃的冰箱中冷藏; 可以将黑枣放入保鲜袋或者保鲜盒中,置于阴凉通风处.

1. Do not eat too much although red dates are good supplements, eating too much red dates is prone to diarrhea and damages the spleen. Do not consume more than 10 pieces each time.

2. It should not be eaten with cucumbers and radishes-Radish contains ascorbase, and cucumber contains vitamin-decomposing enzymes. These two ingredients will destroy the vitamins in the red dates, resulting in the loss of nutritional value of the red dates.

3. It is not advisable to eat with animal livers-Animal livers are rich in copper, iron and other elements. Copper and iron ions can easily oxidize vitamins contained in other foods and lose their effectiveness.

4. It should not be consumed with vitamin K at the same time-the vitamins in the red dates can decompose and destroy vitamin K and reduce the therapeutic effect

1、生吃不宜过多 - 红枣虽是进补佳品,但生枣进食过多,易出现腹泻,并伤害脾脏,每次食用不要超过10枚。

2、不宜与黄瓜、萝卜一起食用 - 萝卜中含有抗坏血酸酶,黄瓜含有维生素分解酶,这两种成分会破坏红枣中的维生素,从而导致红枣营养价值流失。

3、不宜与动物肝脏同食 - 动物的肝脏富含铜、铁等元素,铜铁离子极易使其他食物中所含的维生素氧化而失去功效。

4、不宜与维生素K同时食用 - 枣中的维生素可使维生素K分解破坏,使治疗作用降低。
